WPKY reported the indictment against Tyler Masse accuses him of assault, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, burglary, attempted rape, and strangulation.
Masse was arrested by Princeton Police the morning of November 23 after officers were called to Hillview Court regarding an emergency protection order violation.
When officers arrived, they said Masse was walking away from the area, but he was within 500 feet of the residence and person.
Investigators said the woman reported Masse broke in through the home’s back door and began assaulting and strangling her. She also alleged Masse attempted to rape her during the incident.
