Paducah man dead after motorcycle collision

A Paducah man died after the motorcycle he was driving collided with a truck on Saturday.

Paducah police said they responded to the intersection of Irvin Cobb Drive and Paducah Bank Drive where they said a 79-year-old Paducah man driving a pickup pulled onto Irvin Cobb Drive.

As he entered the road, police said his truck was hit by a motorcycle driven by 57-year-old Robert Meyer.

Meyer was taken to an area hospital then transferred to a Nashvillee hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
