Paducah Police trying to locate missing water line detector

Paducah police are trying to help Paducah Water find a missing water line detection device that was lost last week.

Paducah Water said the radio detection transmitter was being used to look for water lines in the Woodlawn Drive and Pines Road area. The device was apparently set down during the project and when the workers returned about 30 minutes later the device was gone.

Anyone with information about the device is asked to call Paducah Police, or leave an anonymous tip through West Kentucky Crime Stoppers.
