Four individuals who allegedly assisted Austin Drummond while he was on the run now face charges following formal indictments in the quadruple murder case.
A Madison County, Tennessee, Grand Jury returned indictments charging 23-year-old Dearrah Sanders of Jackson with two counts of accessory after the fact. The additional charge came as a result of the investigation into what Drummond was up to while on the run.
Sanders and 29-year old Giovante Thomas were originally arrested and charged as investigators searched for Drummond in August.
The grand jury also indicted 26-year-old Eric Wise, Junior and 31-year-old Michell Ovelis on Tuesday.
The indictment states that all four individuals did provide or aid in providing Drummond with any means of avoiding arrest, trial, conviction, or punishment.
According to the TBI, authorities charged Austin Drummond with a set of felony charges in connection to the murders of James M. Wilson, Adrianna Williams, Cortney Rose, and Braydon Williams in Tiptonville on July 29.
Drummond also reportedly abandoned the baby of two of the victims on the front lawn of a stranger.
He was a fugitive for seven days before police arrested him in Jackson on August 5.
All four suspects are being held at the Madison County Jail.
