Murray man sentenced in child pornography case

A Murray man was sentenced earlier this week in connection with a child pornography case that dates back to 2024.

The Murray Sentinel reported on Monday Calloway Circuit Judge Andrea Moore sentenced 23-year-old Jace Penner to three years jail time after he pleaded guikty late last year to possessing child sexual abuse materials.

Penner was indicted last year on 20 counts of possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor   The indictment indicated between November, 2023 and January, 2024, Penner knowingly possessed, controlled or intentionally viewed material depicting an actual sexual performance by a minor.
