Murray State homecoming events begin Thursday

Murray State University's homecoming festivities will take place over three days this week, capped off with the Racers' game at 2pm against Southern Illinois University at Roy Stewart Stadium.

Homecoming events include:

A Taste of the Arts - annual fundraising gala, Thursday starting at 5:30 p.m.

50th Anniversary Golden Class Reunion - hosting the class of 1973 with a reception on Friday at 5 p.m.

Black Alumni Homecoming Reunion Weekend - meet-and-greet Friday from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. The Black Alumni Network Homecoming Soiree will be Saturday 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Homecoming Parade - starts at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. 

MSUAA Tent City - Starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday on Roy Stewart Stadium grounds
