Medical emergency causes rollover crash that sends Tennessee man to hospital

A medical emergency reportedly caused a crash that sent a Tennessee man to the hospital.

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office was called to US 60 and Ashland Avenue for a single-vehicle crash.

Investigators believe that Charles Butterworth of Tennessee was heading east on US 60 when the medical issue occurred. They determined that Butterworth’s vehicle ran off the road and rolled over after hitting an embankment.

Butterworth was taken to a local hospital, but his injuries were not considered life-threatening.
