McCracken Fiscal Court approves service agreements, pays PVA

The McCracken Fiscal Court on Monday evening approved annual service agreements with Greater Paducah Economic Development and with Sprocket.

In a measure with Barkley Regional Airport, wording was changed asking that they make appearances with the court semiannually, and when requested by the court.

In other action, the court approved paying $58,766.67 to McCracken County Property Valuation Administrator Bill Dunn. It was the first installment of the county's statutory obligation to the PVA for the current fiscal year based on certified assessment.

Second reading was passed of an ordinance making revisions to the McCracken County Administrative Code pertaining sick leave provisions.

The revision will amend the sick leave policy to allow for partial payout of sick leave and establishing parameters of the payout.
