McCracken County PVA offering help to business owners concerning 911 parcel fee

The McCracken County Property Valuation Administrator wants to help commercial property owners ensure their 9-1-1 parcel fee is correct by offering to remeasure commercial structures.

The PVA’s measurement of commercial structures are important not only for assessment purposes but also because the 911 parcel fee is based on the total size of all commercial structures. 

A difference of a few square feet could mean your 911 parcel fee is hundreds of dollars higher than it should be.
