Man charged with criminal trespassing in Marshall County

A man was charged on Sunday with criminal trespassing in Marshall County.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the area of US 68 for a man looking in car windows.

Security camera footage was provided to the deputies, and a short time later, the man in question was located.

He was identified as 61-year-old Dale Gould, and he reportedly told deputies that he was homeless.

Gould was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing.
