Lyon County vehicle inspection leads to drug charge for Eddyville woman

A vehicle inspection Wednesday in Lyon County led to a drug charge for an Eddyville woman.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office reports that 25-year-old Hannah L. Knight came to the Sheriff's Office to have her vehicle inspected.

During the inspection, a deputy noticed an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the vehicle.

Numerous marijuana cigarettes were allegedly observed in the vehicle, and Knight was charged with possession of marijuana.
