Livingston County man arrested after domestic disturbance

A Livingston County man was arrested Tuesday following a domestic disturbance.

Livingston County deputies were called to Back Street in Hampton for a report of an argument-turned-physical altercation. 

A woman told deputies that she and 35-year-old Donald Ray Robinson of Hampton were in a disagreement that became an alleged assault. According to the report, deputies located evidence supporting her story.

Robinson was arrested and charged with assault-domestic violence with minor injury.
