Kuttawa man arrested after failing to return to Crittenden jail

A Kuttawa man was arrested last week after failing to return to the Crittenden County Detention Center.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office said last Tuesday they were sent to a residence on McKinney Road to locate 63-year-old Rickie A. McKinney. 

McKinney was originally lodged in a hospital following his detention on July 15th.  However, McKinney left without returning to the Crittenden County Detention Center, which was previously court ordered.

McKinney was arrested and charged with falsely reporting an incident and a wireless emergency phone service violation. 

He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
