Kentucky State Police made an arrest Friday as they responded to the Fremont area of McCracken County to assist during reports of severe weather damage.
Troopers said 41-year-old Justin A. Stohlman of Gridley, Calif. went around two road closed barricades into the closed disaster area to produce video footage for his social media account.
Stohlman reportedly got into an argument with another person on scene and indicated that he had a firearm. Troopers located a handgun concealed on Stohlman's person. Due to past convictions and federal law, Stohlman is prohibited from carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
Stohlman was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing, carring a concealed deadly weapon, and disregarding traffic regulation.
He was taken to the McCracken County Jail.
