Puppies discovered in abandanoned crate on Paducah roadside

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office and Animal Control responded Friday morning to Clinton Road and South Gum Springs Road in regards to puppies that were dumped in the area.

An animal crate was discovered containing five puppies, about 5-6 weeks in age.

The puppies were all alive but in poor conditiion from apparently being in the crate for a number of days.

The crate was blue in color, covered by a white towel with purple stains. Anyone with information is asked to contact the McCracken County Sheriff's Office.
