Hopkinsville man sentenced in federal court on drug charges

A Hopkinsville man was sentenced last week to over 11 years in federal prison for a variety of drug charges.

According to court documents, 26-year-old Shaveon Richardson distributed over 50 grams of methamphetamine in Christian County on May 24th and June 1st 2022. 

On June 9th 2022, Richardson aided and abetted another person in the distribution of 96 fentanyl pills and on June 14th 2022, Richardson provided another person with approximately one pound of methamphetamine to distribute.
