A disturbance in Hopkinsville on Sunday landed a Paducah man in jail on gun and theft charges.
Hopkinsville Police were called on Sunday night about the disturbance on Sivley Road. Responding officers found 25-year-old Quentin Marshall and determined that he was wanted on warrants for theft by unlawful taking. Marshall attempted to run but was tased and then arrested. He reportedly dropped a gun during the incident and it had been reported stolen according to police.
Marshall was arrested on the warrants and additionally charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and fleeing or evading police.
