State Representative Kim Holloway won the Republican nomination for the 2nd Representative District, which covers Graves and a portion of McCracken County.

Holloway turned back Richard Heath, who was seeking to return to the House, and newcomer Nate Cox. It was a strong margin of victory for the first-term representative, winning by nearly 1,300 votes across the two counties.

Holloway narrowly defeated then-incumbent Heath in the last election cycle, back in November 2024.
