Graves County woman arrested on drug trafficking charge

A traffic stop in Graves County early Thursday morning led to a woman's arrest on drug trafficking and other charges.

Deputies made the stop on KY Highway 58 East and said open alcohol containers were seen and a strong smell of marijuana was coming from the vehicle.

A search reportedly uncovered several bags containing marijuana and methamphetamine.

The driver, 36-year-old Meagan L. Hatton, was arrested on several charges, including trafficking in marijuana, possession of meth, and violating the County's emergency curfew order.

She was taken to the McCracken County jail.
