Graves County man arrested on parole violations

A Graves County man was arrested on Monday after reportedly violating his parole.

Graves County Sheriff’s deputies, along with Kentucky State Police, caught up with 32-year-old Dalevontea R. Mason at a home in Mobile Heights. Mason is accused of violating his parole from a robbery conviction. He had been granted parole back in April. The parole violations were due to his absconding from parole supervision, failing to report to a parole officer as directed, failing to complete substance abuse treatment, and failing to complete graduated sanctions.

Mason was also served with a series of ten bench warrants from Graves County Circuit Court.

He was booked into an out-of-county detention facility.
