Fredonia man indicted on sexual abuse charge

A Caldwell County grand jury indicted a Fredonia man on a charge of first degree sexual abuse. 

According to the indictment, 52-year old Raymon H. Vinson subjected another person to sexual contact who is incapable of consent because she was less than 12 years old.

Vinson was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office. He's lodged in the Caldwell County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
