Princeton police responded to the 500 block of North Jefferson Street for a burglary in progress. On the way, they spotted a vehicle matching the description given by the caller and stopped it on Marion Road.
The driver, Michael Board, had reportedly attempted to enter the residence and damaged several doors before he was able to make entry and assault someone inside the home.
WPKY reported that Board was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault domestic violence.
