Fentanyl trafficking investigation snares Paducah man

An investigation into fentanyl trafficking resulted in the arrest of a Paducah man. 

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office was conducting the investigation when information led detectives to an apartment on Harahan Boulevard. Detectives served a search warrant on the address and allegedly located fentanyl pills, marijuana, and cash believed to be from drug sales.

The resident of the apartment, 45-year-old John Rowell, was arrested and charged with trafficking in fentanyl and marijuana.
