Eddyville man airlifted from Caldwell County motorcycle crash

A motorcycle crash on Interstate 24 in Caldwell County sent an Eddyville man to a Nashville hospital on Friday morning.

Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies said the motorcycle driven by 65-year-old Jeffrey Hanna collided with the cable barriers, causing it to overturn in the roadway just before the Trigg County line.

Hanna was taken by ambulance to a waiting helicopter to be flown to TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for a head injury.
