The alleged shooter at a Nashville restaurant that left one man dead and several others injured on Easter Sunday was returned to Nashville Monday night after being caught in Kentucky.

Anton Rucker is accused of interrupting brunch goers at Roasted on Garfield Street in Nashville's Salemtown neighborhood with gunfire on Easter.

Rucker, who was captured in Princeton last Tuesday and held at the Caldwell County Jail, waived extradition and was returned to Nashville late Monday.

He's facing criminal homicide charges in the shooting death of Allen Beachem. Additional charges against Rucker for the non-critical wounding of six others are expected as the criminal homicide case advances.
