Driver flown to Nashville after semi overturns in Graves County

An overturned semi in Graves County early Saturday morning resulted in the driver being airlifted to Nashville.

Graves County deputies responded around 12:30 a.m. to the crash on I-69 near mile marker 12. 

They determined that the operator, 39-year-old Feliciano Perez Noe of Mexico, swerved off the roadway and traveled more than 400 feet before the semi overturned onto its side.

Feliciano Perez Noe was airlifted to Vanderbilt for injuries he sustained in the crash.
