Domestic Assault investigation leads to trafficking arrest of Benton man

A Benton man was arrested on drug and trafficking charges Sunday after a follow up to a domestic assault investigation.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to a home on Vanzora Road at 2:11 am to conduct a follow up investigation regarding a previously reported domestic assault involving 46-year-old Kyle Green.

During the investigation, deputies made contact with Green and allegedly seized suspected methamphetamine, US Currency, and drug paraphernalia indicative of narcotics trafficking.

Green was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Detention Center.
