Detectives seize large stash of guns, drugs, cash in Marshall County

Marshall County Sheriff’s detectives teamed with McCracken and Livingston County and uncovered a large cache of guns, drugs and money as part of a drug trafficking investigation.

Marshall County's special response team searched the Boone Hill Road home of 53-year-old Jonathan Collins on Thursday.

Detectives seized more than a pound of methamphetamine, a half pound of cocaine, over $40,000 in cash, and over 25 firearms from the residence.  

Collins' charges included trafficking in meth and cocaine.
