Crash on Lovelaceville Road sends one to the hospital

A crash on Lovelaceville Road Thursday sent one person to the hospital and closed the road.

The crash occurred just before 2 p.m. near Pepper Lane. McCracken County Sheriff's deputies said an SUV, driven by 31-year-old Rachel Boone of Paducah, apparently, slipped off the side of the road and rolled several times, taking out a utility pole and bringing wires down. 

Boone was taken by ambulance to the hospital for treatment of her injuries. 

Lovelaceville Road was closed for nearly three hours.
