A complaint about a person at a home in Eddyville last week ended in two arrests.

Deputies responded to the complaint at a home on Thrush Lane late Tuesday night. Once they arrived, authorities said 41-year-old Michael J. Travis on Calvert City was seen running to the side of the home.

While pursuing Travis, deputies reportedly found a glass pipe that Travis had thrown.

Travis was located and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

At the time of his arrest, he was on parole for multiple burglary convictions, attempted burglary convictions, meth trafficking, and more.

While at the home, 45-year-old Tamara A. Gipson of Eddyville was also arrested. The sheriff's office said Gipson had an active warrant.
