A Clear Springs area man was arrested following an incident Sunday night.
The Graves County Sheriff's Office said they were called to a residence on KY 301 for a report of an armed individual making threats and discharging a firearm at people who were attending a 4th of July celebration.
Deputies said 62-year-old Terry Delk allegedly pointed a handgun at two subjects, telling them that if they did not stop shooting off fireworks he would be back.
Delk was found at his home where he again reportedly displayed a firearm toward law enforcement when they arrived. Delk was intoxicated and angry about the fireworks being discharged.
Delk was charged with two counts of wanton endangerment and DUI.
