Clarksville man arrested on Paducah drug charges

A Clarksville man was arrested in Paducah on drug trafficking charges Wednesday night.

Detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff's Office received information that 32-year-old Micah C. Watts was coming to McCracken County to sell methamphetamine.

Detectives found Watts' vehicle in the 3500 block of Lone Oak Road just after 11 pm and conducted a traffic stop.  Approximately 18 grams of meth was discovered on Watts, and a set of digital scales was concealed in the engine.

Watts was also found to have $1,141 believed to be proceeds of illegal drug sales.  

He was charged with trafficking in meth and lodged in the McCracken County Detention Center.
