Calloway traffic stop leads to arrest of Dexter man

An early morning traffic stop Tuesday in Calloway County led to the arrest of a Dexter man on drug charges.

The Calloway County Sheriff's Office reports that the stop was made at approximately 1:00 am on US 641 North.

During the stop, the driver, 55-year-old Harry Lee Henderson, was allegedly found to be in possession of illegal narcotics, and while being taken into custody, reportedly resisted arrest.

Henderson was taken to the Calloway County Detention Center, charged with methamphetamine possession, resisting arrest, and traffic violations.
