Missing Butler County teen found in Carlisle County

A Butler County teenager reported missing over the weekend was found in Carlisle County on Monday.

The Carlisle County Sheriff's Office said 14-year-old Olivia Grace Belcher turned herself in to their department shortly after reports that her phone was pinging in Carlisle County.

Belcher was safe and unharmed. She was returned to Butler County on Monday evening.
