Boil water advisory for part of Calvert City

Calvert City has issued a boil water advisory for a portion of the community.

Officials said that a leak is being repaired off Oak Park Boulevard. Water was shut off for customers along Oak Park from near US 62 to Redwood Avenue.

Completion of the repair and the return of water should take place around 3 pm, although the boil water advisory will remain until further notice.
