Benton pair face trespassing, fleeing charges

Two Benton residents were arrested on warrants Tuesday in connection with a trespassing incident.

Marshall County deputies said 41-year-old Jacob Burpo and 22-year-old Amanda Farmer were arrested on a criminal complaint warrant out of Marshall District Court.

Officers accuse the pair of trespassing at Marshall County refuse and recycling last week before fleeing.

They were both charged with criminal trespassing and fleeing or evading police.
