Benton man arrested on firearm charges

A Benton man was arrested last last Friday after pulling a firearm at the Marshall County Sheriff's Office.

53 year old Kelvin Ham appeared to be under the influence and had an active EPO with the stipulation that he not possess firearms.   

Ham stated that someone had given him the firearm.  He was also charged with wanton endangerment due to a large group of children on the property on a school trip.  

Ham is currently out on bond.
