Students at Benton and Central Elementary Schools will return to classes on Tuesday.
The two schools suffered the most damage from sprinkler pipes that froze, then burst during the cold snap over Christmas break.
Marshall County Schools said on Monday that the schools had been deep-cleaned and have had an anti-microbial treatment. Work has been completed on air filtration and removing the moisture from the buildings.
The building inspector, fire marshal, health department, and an industrial hygienist have all signed off on the safety of the schools.
There are still some cosmetic repairs that will need to be completed during the summer break.
The rest of the Marshall County School system resumed Monday.
