Paducah celebrates National Dog Park Day with dog park photo contest

In celebration of National Dog Park Day, the City of Paducah will host a dog park photo contest.

To participate, take a photo of your dog enjoying one of Paducah's dog parks at Stuart Nelson Park or Independence Park.

Entries should be submitted either online or by email at parkinfo@paducahky.gov. Include Dog Park Photography Contest in the subject line. The email should also include the photo location, your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

Submissions will be accepted from Sunday until May 8. The public can vote on entries from May 9-13, with the top three photos receiving baskets with goodies for their dog. The winners will be announced May 14 on the Paducah Parks and Recreation Facebook page.

The Paducah Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to use photos in future social media and marketing campaigns.
