Marshall County Hospital recently announced a new collaboration to expand cardiovascular services in the Marshall County area. The MCH Cardiac Clinic opens on January 9. 

"We are excited to welcome interventional cardiologist Sanjay Bose, MD, and Jessica Carr, PA-C, to Marshall County Hospital," the facility's administration announced. "The cardiac clinic is a specialty service that offers a wide range of cardiac-specific services to our community and patients. Our team of medical professionals offers years of experience in cardiac health and wellness to help you achieve better-quality healthcare right here at home."

Services available include:

* Cardiac Stress Test

* Echocardiograms

* Echo Stress Testing

* Nuclear Cardiac Stress Testing

* Medication Cardiac Stress Testing

* Cardiac CTA

Sanjay Bose, MD, is a board-certified Interventional Cardiologist. His practice of medicine has spanned more than 30 years. Dr. Bose completed his residency in internal medicine at the State University of New York Downstate, formally known as the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. He also participated in fellowships in cardiology. His research areas of focus are on nuclear cardiology.

 

Jessica Carr, PA-C

Jessica Reed Carr, Physician's Assistant-Cardiology, was born and raised in Marshall County. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University and a Master of Science of Physician Assistant Studies from Southern Illinois University. 

Carr has practiced medicine in the field of cardiology for more than a decade. She participated in Harvard Medical School's Comprehensive Update for Cardiovascular Medicine. That unique program delivers an intensive review of the most recent and major advances in cardiovascular medicine.
