Bob Noble Park is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. A four-day celebration will be held July 30 through August 2 with a host of family events that highlight what the park has to offer.
Thursday, July 30
• Pop-up Farmers’ Market: 3:30-6:30 p.m. in the parking lot across from the Noble Park Pool.
• Movies in the Park: Enjoy a free showing of Back to the Future at dusk on an inflatable screen.
Friday, July 31
• Noble Park Summer Music Series at the Amphitheatre: Featuring Jazz Patrol at 5:30 p.m. and the Paducah Community Band at 6:30 p.m. Free admission.
Saturday, August 1
• Yoga in the Park: free yoga session begins at 8 a.m. at the amphitheatre.
• Greenway Trail Fun Run: 2.5 miles out and back on the gravel part of Greenway Trail heading towards the Paducah Sports Park. This free event is for runners and walkers. Register at Shelter #19 next to the skatepark at 8:45 a.m. with the Fun Run at 9 a.m.
• History Talk: Shelter #5 at 10 a.m. to learn about the history of Noble Park.
• Arts & Crafts Stations from 10 a.m. until noon for kids and families at Shelters #4 and #8. Free to participate.
• Free family-friendly activities from 10 a.m. until noon along the Peck Education Trail.
• Noble Park 100 Concert at Amphitheatre. Free admission.
• 4 p.m. – Rosemary Rives Rorabaugh will perform family-friendly songs.
• 5 – 6 p.m. – Todd Belt.
• 6:30 – 8 p.m. – Corey Evitts Band.
Sunday, August 2
• Half price admission to the Noble Park Pool from noon to 6 p.m.
