Baptist Health Medical Group General Surgery announced Tuesday the addition of general surgeon, Phillip Blotevogel, MD to their team. Dr. Blotevogel will work with general surgeons Dr. Kristen Williams and Dr. John Hahn.
Specializing in general surgery, Dr. Blotevogel is passionate about offering his patients minimally invasive procedures including surgery using the Da Vinci robotic surgical system to treat stomach, gallbladder, small and large intestine, colon and rectal conditions and more.
Dr. Blotevogal received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He then completed a General Surgery residency at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
Additionally, Dr. Blotevogel has earned national certification in Endoscopic Surgery and Laparoscopic Surgery from the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.
