Blessing of the Pets Saturday in Calvert City

The Marshall County Humane Society will be at Calvert City United Methodist Church on Saturday for the Blessing of the Pets.

It's open to the community from 10 am until noon.

You can bring along your pet for the blessing, plus the Humane Society will be accepting donations of puppy chow and kitten chow, cat litter, collars and leashes, and copy paper.

Pet supply vendors will also be on hand.
