The meat stand opens early at 8 a.m. to take home barbecued pork, mutton and ribs. The country store also opens at 8.
Food stands open at 11 with hamburgers, hot dogs, barbecue sandwiches, smoked bologna and more.
Kids games and inflatables are also open along with the dunking booth, cake walk, raffles, bingo and more.
From noon til 7, enjoy a full barbecue and fried chicken dinner with all the sides, fixins, drink and homemade dessert.
There's live music all day starting at noon, and fireworks at dusk.
A closing mass will be held after the fireworks.
