Registration is underway for the Paducah City League - Tee Ball, Baseball, and Softball. Paducah Parks Services invites parents of youth 5 to 12 years old who are interested in playing baseball, softball, or tee ball to register now for the upcoming league at the Noble Park fields.
You can register at the Parks office at 1400 HC Mathis Drive from 8 am to 5 pm. Monday through Friday or attend a special registration day for the Paducah City League on Saturday, February 25 from 9 am to noon at the Parks office.
Parents should bring a birth certificate for all kids they plan to register. The registration fee is $40 for baseball and softball and $35 for tee ball. Since coaches are volunteers, all parents are asked to consider helping to coach.
Players must turn 5 or 6 years old on or before August 31, 2017 to play in the tee ball division. Players who turn 7 years or older on or before August 31, 2017 will play baseball or softball.
The registration deadline for baseball and softball is Tuesday, March 14. The deadline for tee ball is Tuesday March 21. Practices will start in mid-April. Games will be on Saturdays starting May 13 and will include some Tuesday night games in June.
