The Marshall County Marshals made a last-minute push, but fell 63-59 to George Rogers Clark in the quarterfinal round of the boys' Sweet 16 tournament in Rupp Arena on Friday night.
The Marshals were down 10 with three minutes left, then cut the deficit to just two points inside the final minute before GRC (31-4) iced the win.
Matthew Langhi once again led the team in scoring with 27 points. Braxton Burnham chipped in 14, and Neyland Jezik added 13.
Langhi was named to the all-tournament team.
Marshall County finished the season 25-9.
