Three bodies recovered last week from the Tennessee River in Hardin County have been identified as the Obion County boaters, missing since February 22nd.

KYTN reports that the bodies of 43-year-old Kenneth Driver, 15-year-old Kenneth Driver, II, and 15-year-old Chandler Smith, were identified late last week.

The boys were members of the Obion County Central High School Bass Fishing team, and along with Kenneth Driver, serving as a chaperone, were participating in a fishing tournament on the Tennessee River on February 22nd, when their boat was swept through the gates of Pickwick Dam.

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency led the search for the boaters, and was assisted by numerous other agencies, and many volunteers from Obion and surrounding counties.

Funeral services for the three will be held later this week in Obion County.
