Upon arrival, officers spoke with 68-year-old Nancy Starnes of Murray. Starnes stated that she had been traveling north on 8th street when she stopped at a stop sign, then misjudged the distance between her and 75-year-old Lanette Thurman who was traveling west on Main Street.
