Teen in Hospital, Pulled from Kentucky Lake

A male teenager is in the hospital after he was rescued from Kentucky Lake Saturday night.

Chief Curt Curtner from the Marshall County Rescue Squad said their agency was called to the Kenlake area in Aurora about 7:00 pm, and as they arrived, they learned that family members had found the 17-year-old.

Curtner estimated the boy was found after 20-30 minutes of searching. He was taken to Marshall County Hospital, and was transferred to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville.

The boy's name could not be released because he is a minor. His condition is not known at this time.
