According to the Mayfield Police Department, officers responded on Friday to Farmers Furniture in reference to a man that was allegedly harassing customers and employees. Prior to officers' arrival, the suspect, 27-year-old Jared Medlock of Mayfield, left the store.
Police said video was obtained from the store showing Medlock entering the store, and engaging in conversation with employees, disrupting the operation of the store. Officers said the video also showed Medlock lunging aggressively toward the owner and another employee.
Medlock was located at a nearby restaurant and placed under arrest. He was charged with 2nd degree disorderly conduct. Police said additional charges for menacing are pending.
Medlock was lodged in the Graves County Jail.
